“You get what you pay for”, a statement that used to be a general rule in our daily lives. It is like how great you pay is how great you get too. Similarly, the quality of education also depends on how expensive the tuition fee is, but there are many controversies saying that not all schools that have an expensive tuition fee provides high quality in teaching. Just like in my past school, the school fee is expensive but the standards of their education are not worth paying expensive for. Obviously, “If it is expensive, it has an excellent quality”, but how happened that you pay expensively but you weren’t really satisfied on what you get?

Mostly parents trust their child/children to study in any exclusive schools. Parents believed that the learning of their child is rest assured on the school system. Likewise, parents pay the school, and the school pays the teacher to teach well. Due to insufficient income on some schools, teachers are also the ones who do not fulfill their duty as real teacher, the reason why some people don’t trust some exclusive schools. Nonetheless that they get what they want to despite the hard work and their very best in teaching they gave to their students. There are some schools that have that issue, that the school system has a corrupt person inside, yet it’s not general at all.
We believed that studying in exclusive schools assures the students to have the capability of learning and gaining a lot of knowledge and also wisdom from their excellent and professional teachers. Exclusive schools have more complete facilities than the cheaper ones, and it helps the students to learn at their very best. Some exclusive schools produces world-class competitive students, hence it depends on the school’s vision and mission.
Eventually, my dad once said this statement on me when I planned to study in a prestigious school, “It’s not on how expensive or prestigious the school is, having a good education does not always depend on the school but to the students who have the will to learn and achieve their goals in life”. It somehow made a point but what I believed in school system is that, teachers who don’t teach well and not fulfilling their jobs as a real teachers in our country squander the students’ will to learn at their best and achieve their dreams in life. Well, being in a school where teachers are trustworthy in providing their students to learn well is one of the most important points that a students must remember before transferring into another schools. Students must investigate on how well the education and the performances of the students are. Aside from their will to learn, it is much better if a student has teachers that could guide him/her in his/her own path to become successful in life.
